Waltham Butternut is a well-known variety of butternut squash developed by Bob Young of Waltham, Massachusetts.  The most popular variety of butternut squash around, prized for its excellent vigor, yield and eating quality.  Three to six-pound squash have vibrant orange flesh with a sweet, nutty flavor.  We love to cube and roast them, similar to a sweet potato. Excellent storage variety.  Approximately 80 to 100 days to harvest.  Each packet contains a minimum of 25 seeds.
