Nadapeno Jalapeno Pepper

More about Nadapeno

Capsicum annuum

The Nadapeno pepper is a tamed selection of jalapeno bred by A.P. Whaley Seed Company of Mount Horeb, Wisconsin.  Sturdy plants produce heavy yields of three-inch-long jalapenos that have all the flavor with absolutely no heat.  Nadapeno is great variety for anyone who wants that classic jalapeno taste, but not the punishment.  We love them for making kid-approved jalapeno poppers and salsa.  Harvests begin approximately 55 days from transplant.  Each packet contains a minimum of 25 seeds.

Nadapeno

My Aleppo and Nadapeno seeds are just sprouting. Can't wait to harvest these peppers in a couple of months. Will let you know how it went.

Growing well

Despite this being my first time trying to germinate seeds and having to figure out not to over-water and other mistakes, the nadapeño peppers have been the best of the several different pepper plants I am experimenting with.
