Muncher Cucumber

More about Muncher

Cucumis sativus

Our favorite variety for slicing.  Muncher's compact vines produce large quantities of smooth-skinned, nearly spineless cucumbers.  While the cucumbers can be harvested at almost any size, we like them best at three to four inches in length, when the skins are super thin and smooth.  Flavor is crisp, refreshing and never bitter.  Cucumber mosaic virus resistant.  Harvests begin approximately 60 days from sowing.  Each packet contains a minimum of 25 seeds.

Muncher cucumber

Poor germanation

Hi Earl, thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry you had bad luck with your Muncher cucumber seeds. Our current lot is germinating at over 90%, but it is always possible that something happened in transit. I will be in contact about a refund or replacement.
