Native to Sicily, Rosa Biaca is an Italian eggplant that produces large, slightly ruffled fruit that are white with subtle purple blushing.  Sturdy, upright plants produce excellent yields of fruit averaging 5 inches long and 6 inches wide.  Creamy, white interiors have a smooth grain and a mild, subtly sweet flavor.  The large eggplants are great for stuffing or for making eggplant parmesan.  Matures approximately 80 days after transplant.  Each packet contains a minimum of 25 seeds.
